It's my birthday!


Hard to believe.. it's that time of year again! Another year has gone by...

But it's been so warm lately, I hardly even knew it was Thanksgiving.. Feels like we're still in September maybe... (Although I never really felt I got settled in to 2009 anyway. I never knew what month it was.. and now it's almost 2010, ay yay!)

Anyway.. so my friend's taking my husband & me out for sushi before the KISS concert! Should be a blast.. but then I have a 25-pg rough draft due Monday for my class... so the actual day of my birthday won't be so fun :-)

(That pic is from last year at this time.. Now my little boy can walk, talk, run...! Seriously, it feels like the pace of my life is getting faster and faster... SLOW DOWN!)

This "turning 50" thing really helped me be okay with the "real" number... (That, or I just have some killer anti-aging secrets that are going to make me rich!)

We had fun at the KISS concert, and I'll be celebrating with the rest of my family over the Thanksgiving weekend.
