Scott Peterson – is now spending 19-hours a day in his 4-by-9 foot death row prison cell in San Quentin.

(In 2003 he was convicted of killing his wife and unborn child, Laci and Conner.)

He maintains – he’s the victim.

The victim of a poor police investigation by the Modesto police department - he says.

Ironically – he has pictures of Laci and himself – on the walls of his small prison cell.

He spends about five hours a day - playing cards – playing basketball and working out.
