Prop 8 Lawsuit - TELEVISED ?

And ... you thought the O.J. Simpson case got a lot of folks watching on TV..  Wow.

This could top that .

The latest challenge to Prop 8 could be show on television.

Ted Olson and David Boies, are suing saying Prop 8 is unconstitutional.

Adam Liptak from the Wall Street Journal says the judge has "hinted":

" ...that he may allow cameras in the courtroom...  for the trial, which would be an extremely rare move, especially in federal court."
