California’s - Black-Hole Budget

 

Go figure. 

 

Taxes are up. 

 

  • Sales, tax - income taxes – withholding taxes are all up.

 

But revenue is down.

 

The latest figures show despite the higher taxes California is now facing a projected $21 billion state budget shortfall.
