LA – Rain Man

Here’s another idea to help the state deal with its growing drought.

In a nutshell the idea is to force new homes to come up with a way to

‘capture’ rainwater.

I said it was an idea.

I didn’t say it was a good one, or a feasible one or an inexpensive

one - its just an idea.

Some want to pass a law to force new homes – to capture and reuse

runoff water from rainstorms.
