Prop 8 Judge is Gay - Non-Issue

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the judge hearing the

Proposition 8 trial is gay.

It also reports it’s a non-issue.

(Prop 8 defines marriage as only between a man and a woman here in California)

The federal judge will decide if the constitutional amendment is

unconstitutional.
