The afternoon high in Fresno was seven-degrees below normal at 58-degrees.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Overnight lows will dip into the 30s for the next few days across the valley.&amp;nbsp; The record low in Fresno for Tuesday morning is 32-degrees.&amp;nbsp; I'm forecasting upper 30s to about 40-degrees for Fresno and the city's rural surrounding areas.&amp;nbsp; It'll get even colder Tuesday and Wednesday night with frost possible.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The snow level in the mountains dropped to about 2,300' Monday night and may fall to near 1,500' by Tuesday morning.&amp;nbsp;
